Founded in 2017, pink noise is a semi-annual art happening that brings together femme & femme identified experimental electronic musicians, video artists, witches, and art freaks to manifest the wildest performances Portland can imagine.
Sarah Turner and William Rihel co-produced Night Lights, an outdoor projection program that granted artists stipends and access to gear and space to project newly developed, site specific works. The project was a collaboration of Open Signal and the Regional Arts and Culture Council.
Sarah Turner created and managed the New Media Fellowship at Open Signal 2016-2018. New Media Fellowship is an on-site four-month residency that provides six artists with access to Open Signal's equipment, studios and training.
Sarah Turner was a curator and the project manager of Houseguest. Houseguest was a residency program hosted on Pioneer Courthouse Square (PCS), Portland Oregon’s largest and most accessible public plaza.

TV Takeover was produced at Open Signal: Portland Community Media Center. A multi-channel installation & broadcast, TV Takeover premiered live on channels 22 & 23 in Portland, OR.

A/V Party was a 5 part series of experimental sound, performance, and new media art curated and produced by Sarah Turner at Open Signal in 2017, featuring numerous local acts.

Co-hosts DJ Saturn (Sarah Turner) and DJ Mac B (Maura Campbell Balkits) host bi-weekly Pink Noise Radio on Freeform FM featuring femme and non-binary experimental ambient electronic musicians that focuses on the power of sound healing.
